Well, we had a good run with lake temperatures above 60F, but it had to end sometime! Sunday’s Lake Michigan mercury came in at a uniform 57.2F, so we couldn’t blame it on a rogue thermocline. Nevertheless, we had perfectly calm swim conditions and a wonderfully brilliant October sun to more than overcome the temperature dip. I’ll let the pics speak for themselves.
