Catching up on these reports! March 10 was a real challenge. No so much because of the 42F lake temp and 31F air temp – we’ve long since acclimated to those conditions. But we had some high volume swells that strengthened a bit while we were deliberating whether or not to go in. But there seemed to be a break in the ferocity for a short while, so we all took advantage of this and got in a quick swim. What it lacked in time and distance it more than made up for in intensity!
