The polar vortex finally broke giving us a very pleasant 37F air temp and a 34 lake temp. We had foggy skies to the south, but the L1 area was pretty clear. The only complicating factors were some large volume swells and a pesky west wind that gnawed away at us post-swim. But a great way to round out the first month of the year!
