Our first official summer meetup took place at 5:30am just on the other side of the solstice. The lake temp came in at 68F with some colder layers about 3 feet below the surface. But this was more than tempered by the 78F air temp and a calm and clear lake. The day got WAY hotter in the afternoon, so this was peak swim time out at the old swim spot!
