The air temperature came in at 48F – a bit crisp at 5:30am. But the lake temp read 60F, and Ma Nature gave us a fantastic (albeit brief) sunrise with some amazing colors. I got in 1/4 mile with just my jammers and neoprene cap, and it was quite liberating to be free of the constraints of the heavier gear. Looking forward to the minimalism of summer!
