Swim Report – March 30, 2025 – Calm Before the Storms

The weather forecast called for some serious t-storms today, but fortunately then didn’t hit until early afternoon. Instead, when we got our there at 6:30am, we were met with a happy and calm 48F lake – perfect for an early spring swim! The air temperature was almost at par at 45F, so no goggle fogging issues. The only thing missing was the sunrise which was obscured by the morning haze. But I’ll take an overcast morning with a serene lake any day over the chaotic mess we had last week!
