The air temperature was still a bit crips at 38F, but the lake reading came in at 47F. While this was the surface temp, it sure felt much warmer than the prior week while in swim! The lake was perfectly calm at 6:30am, so I banged out 1/4 mile pretty quickly. Not much of a sunrise due to overcast slices, but still a great morning to be out at the lake!
