They covered a lot of open water swimming tips and answered a lot of questions - there was a great turn out - probably 40 people sitting on the blocks and listening intently. And I saw people of all ages - from 10 to 50+ . And the nice woman from Fleet Feet got me into an XL wetsuit and I got a mile in before the rain started. I'll be back next week!
